Super proud to have our recently promoted runner, George Hadley, take part in this new UK Screen Alliance apprenticeship scheme for Post Production Technical Operator. Our very own Operations Director, Alex Meade was on the trailblazing team to set up the course and we are delighted to see it become a reality…even in a lockdown! Alex commented “after all the hard work to get this Apprenticeship in place, there has been another fantastic effort to be able to start delivering it remotely. It’s tremendous to see it start, good luck to all the Apprentices!”

George has shown a keen interest in in tech from the start, “the dream is to get in to tech, I find all of it fascinating so want to see what clicks with me the most once I’m in. Grading has always been an interest of mine outside of work, and I would definitely love to learn more about that too. I’m excited about the apprenticeship because I am learning in a controlled environment. The benefits at the moment are that I can study at my own pace at home and prepare for practical uses of what I’ve learnt when I go back to work. Learning with people on the same level as me is also reassuring and allows me to better understand things whilst being able to expand my knowledge with other people’s help.”
